How long does it take to complete your course?
This is a self-paced program. It all depends on how quickly you go through the materials. I created the course *specifically* with busy humans like yourself in mind. You can listen to the lessons in your car, on a walk or you can sit down and follow along with the slides I provide. It’s up to you! You can also refer back to each lesson whenever you feel the pull or inspiration to review a particular topic.
How do I know if this course is right for me?
The only thing I ask is that you are inspired and ready to make a change! If you are someone who thinks “this won’t work for me” or if you are someone who is looking for a quick fix, this probably is not going to be best for you. Our society has programmed us to believe overnight fixes are possible & sustainable. The reality is: they’re not! An ‘overnight fix’ for anxiety is a bit of a misnomer. Mood gummies, supplements & medication just act by covering up symptoms and providing temporary results (at best!). This is about taking action & working the long game.
Can I also work with you 1:1?
I created this course to replace my 1-1 model. The reality is, so many people have anxiety and need help! I could no longer keep up with the demand of client requests. The purpose of this course is to share what I know about anxiety to people all around the world. Just because this is an online course does not mean it is not deeply personal and individualized. I tried to price this course fair and affordably, with your budget in mind. The knowledge that I convey in this program would likely be equivalent to 15 1:1 sessions (priced at $120) each. Given the breadth & depth of information I share, this format is going to be the best bang for your buck.
